New Castle County Paramedics said the driver was trapped in the wreckage of the crash for about 30 minutes before being removed by firefighters. The truck carrying the organic peroxide crashed into a tractor-trailer in the north lanes of I-95 near Route 141 around 5:40 a.m. "Northbound lanes will be reopening once we've been out there and determined that the road is safe to do so, and we'll keep the area closed that we need to repair," he said.
